Sacrifice

In this work, I stripped out the ritual part of religion, and then took this set of photos. I built a forest at home with jewellery, screens, sofas and other artefacts with natural elements. I believe that these artefacts with natural elements embody human beings' primitive desire and worship of nature. Because it is difficult for people in contemporary society to return to nature for a long time, in most cases we merely have the experience of urban life. So I think people project their own desires for nature on these artefacts with natural elements.
